There are a few individuals you meet in life who impress you so much simply because they are genuine, accomplished and humble.  It will be my pleasure to introduce 1976 World Champion of Surfing Shaun Tomson at the final meeting of the 2023 Rotary year on December 15th at the Rotary Club of La Jolla Golden Triangle.  Our Rotary Club meets each Friday from 7AM to 8:30AM at the UCSD Faculty Club.  Please RSVP for the event, cost will be $40 for all guests which includes breakfast and parking.  Shaun will speak for 20-25 minutes and he will stick around to have some conversations and sign some books if interested.  Might make the perfect stocking stuffer for some of you too.  Please join us in welcoming the gentlemen surfer originally from Durban, South Africa and fellow 100 Wave Challenge supporter, Shaun Tomson.
